Water is channeled from the Rocky Mountains (120' of fence x 11' high) down to the stainless steel City of Greeley as life-size "Water Pioneers" from 1908 look down from the past. Water also rains from 12 stainless steel clouds, each representing the average monthly precipitation (January on top at .43" deep). Oasis was the first Art In Public Places Project for the city of Greeley Colorado.
