con•flu•ence

A water sculpture created with 500' of stainless steel and over 8 tons of sandstone. Water is pumped up and over all 7 stanchions, 15' x 15' x 10'6" high, has a 6" deep pond and is lit by 14 halogens with photocell/timer. It represents the confluence of the Colorado and Gunnison Rivers for the new City Hall in Grand Junction, Colorado.
